The rope is mildew-resistant, water-safe, and built to withstand outdoor conditions without shrinking or absorbing moisture. Each rope size is rated for high load capacity, making this kit suitable for residential and commercial swing installations.

Return Information for Swing Accessories
Swing accessories such as hanging kits and hardware may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. The items must be returned in unused condition with all of the original packaging and contents. However, the buyer pays for all shipping costs. Once the item is returned, refunds are issued minus any shipping charges incurred plus a $15 restocking fee.

The knotting is extremely loose, it doesn’t look like it will hold up.

Thank you for your feedback. The rope may look loosely twisted before installation, but the weight of the swing naturally tightens the twists once it’s under load. The four-point hanging kit you purchased is engineered to support well over a ton, so you’ll have plenty of strength and stability once everything is installed.
