Georgia Swings offers several delivery options based on shipping location and order size.
Large items such as fully assembled porch swings and bed swings are shipped via a third-party freight shipping company (curbside delivery required for residential deliveries). Items ship out approximately 1 to 2 business days after the order has been processed and completed. Allow approximately 2 to 9 business for delivery depending on your location.
Ground shipping is available for smaller lightweight items via standard USPS or FedEx ground shipping services.

Delivery and installation options are available to customers located within our local service area, including Atlanta, Georgia, and surrounding cities. These options may be available during checkout if you are located within our local service area, or you may contact us with your installation request.
Customers may choose to pick up completed orders in person at our Woodstock, Georgia, location free of charge.
If your product becomes damaged during shipping, make sure to keep all packaging and containers intact. Take pictures and contact us immediately for a resolution.

Orders ship via ground freight with curbside delivery and liftgate service included. It takes approximately 35 to 75 days for us to process and complete your order after it has been placed. Transit time takes approximately 2 to 7 business days, depending on location. Local customers may pick up their orders in person.
These products are made-to-order; therefore, returns are not accepted. However, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, refund, or credit should an item become damaged during shipping.

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all of our handcrafted swing products. We provide no-hassle replacement parts for any swing hardware components that have been deemed defective within one year of purchase. If the customer made the purchase longer than one year, we would provide hardware replacement parts on any Georgia Swings brand products at direct cost with proof of purchase.

Swing accessories such as hanging kits and porch swing springs may be returned within 32 days of the delivery date. The items must be returned in unused condition with all of the original packaging and contents. However, the buyer pays for all shipping costs. Once the item is returned, refunds are issued minus any shipping charges incurred plus a $15 restocking fee.
