Warranty Information for Swing Products

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all of our handcrafted swing products. In addition, we provide no-hassle replacement parts for any swing hardware components deemed defective within one year of purchase. If the customer made the purchase longer than one year, we would provide hardware replacement parts on any Georgia Swings brand products at direct cost with proof of purchase.

We do not cover any naturally occurring changes in the wood itself or any acts of God. For example, shrinkage and swelling caused by temperature, climate changes, and moisture exposure are not covered.

Shipping for Quick-Ship Products
This product qualifies for Free Shipping in the continental United States.
Orders ship via ground freight with curbside delivery and liftgate service included. It takes approximately 1 to 5 business days for us to process and ship your order after it has been placed. Transit time takes about 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Local customers may pick up their orders in person.

Please note customers who live in remote areas or locations with restricted access roads may be required to pick up their order at the nearest shipping terminal.
